Mandy has been managing projects in operations and supply chain for 12 years after graduating with a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University. Her undergraduate degrees are in German, International Business and Marketing. Mandy enjoys bouldering, water colors, traveling and time with her family. She is passionate about building a world where sustainable choices are more accessible to everyone.
