Shannon Houde

Shannon Houde, MBA, ACC, is a certified Leadership Coach, Management Consultant and Talent Strategist with 20 years serving as a trusted advisor to evolving change leaders from Managers to CEOs.

Ten years ago, she founded Walk of Life Consulting, the first international career development and talent advisory business focused on the sustainability, CSR and impact sectors. Shannon has trained more than 1,000 professionals over 3,000 hours to maximize their personal brands to advance their impact careers.

Combining consultancy with in-house roles, she has worked at Adobe, GE Capital, Barclays, Deloitte, and WWF. She has recently supported the growth of leading consultancies, BSR and Quantis, as a contract recruiter, executive coach and talent strategist.

Shannon holds an MBA from Thunderbird and an ICF-ACC certification as an Executive Coach. Originally from Washington, DC and, having lived and worked in Chile, Italy, Switzerland and the UK, Shannon speaks Spanish and French and virtually lives on both sides of the “pond.”
