Kohler Ethics Communications Earns Lotus Award

Congrats to the Kohler Ethics Communications team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa! Their 2016 campaign—including associate survey, essay competition and video—was honored with a Lotus Award from MARGINALIA magazine, which recognizes teams that invest in their workplace culture. "A few years ago, talking about ethics in EMEA was tough," said Scott Feltner, VP of Internal Audit. "It's such a diverse region that getting traction on the topic was difficult. Under Emma Smales and Victoria Champion’s leadership, they have assembled a cross-functional team and created a lot of energy on ethics communication and awareness in the region. Their unique approach resulted in winning this award."
