Public-Private Partnership Negotiations for Bioenergy Devco to Build Organics Recycling Facility in Middlesex County

Annapolis, Md. April 25, 2023 – Bioenergy Devco (BDC), the North American division of BTS Bioenergy, LLC, a global leader in the design, engineering, construction, financing, and operation of anaerobic digestion, has been approved to negotiate a public-private partnership agreement to build an organics recycling facility by the Middlesex County Utilities Authority (MCUA).
