Mr. Scarchilli is a 20+ year veteran of Procter & Gamble. As brand and scientific communications director, John’s current focus is bringing new product and commercial innovation to life for P&G’s Herbal Essences brand. He is also leading work in new technology areas and P&G’s Responsible Beauty program, to develop and deliver superior and sustainable innovation.

Prior to his current role in P&G Beauty Care, John led key technical and commercial work for startup brands Zevo and Bodewell in P&G Ventures and held leadership roles in Research & Product Development in P&G’s Oral Care and Coffee businesses which included brands such as Crest, Oral-B, Folgers, Millstone and Dunkin’. John graduated from Clarkson University in 2000 with a BS in Chemical Engineering and went on to receive a MBA from Xavier University. John is married to Rachel B. Scarchilli; they have two children and live near Cincinnati, Ohio. John and his family enjoy outdoor adventure, travel and sports.
