Madeleine Cobb is Global Head of Corporate Sustainability at Schroders. She leads the strategy development and corporate actions across the Group to support the Company’s ambition to act with purpose and be a leader in sustainability. This means advising the Group Chief Executive and senior leadership team and supporting the business to deliver positive environmental and social outcomes. She is a member of the Group Sustainability and Impact Committee and Charity Committee. She joined Schroders in 2020 and is based in London.
Maddy has led sustainability teams at Virgin Media, ITV and Virgin Atlantic, developing and delivering successful sustainability strategies with impact. She also previously worked for business NGO The Climate Group and the United Nations Environment and Development UK Committee.
Qualifications include MSc and DIC Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London and BSc Hons Environmental Geoscience from the University of Bristol.
