Pei Yun Teng is Kearney’s Global Director of Social Impact & Sustainability, where she is committed to embedding sustainability at the heart of strategy, operations, long-term value creation. Her experience include driving regenerative business strategies and value chains, net zero transformation, circular business models, and building equitable and inclusive societies. She brings a dynamic blend of experience across multinational corporations, non-profits, social enterprises, and the public sector – championing systemic change through cross-sector collaboration.
Pei Yun also spearheads Kearney’s own sustainability agenda, driving positive impact for clients, people and communities, and the planet. Under her leadership, Kearney became the first management consulting firm globally to have its near- and long term science-based emissions reduction targets approved by the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBti), and has also earned top ratings from CDP and EcoVadis. Pei Yun works across global and local teams, building strategic partnerships with leading impact organizations, including pro bono projects, thought leadership, volunteering and externships.
Pei Yun first joined Kearney in Southeast Asia in 2006. She later worked for four years with Arcadis, a leading global design and consultancy firm for natural and built assets focusing on corporate strategy and M&A. She rejoined Kearney to focus on sustainability globally. Pei Yun holds an MBA from London Business School and BBA (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
